I capture my little dog

from the jaws of a shark

I go to Saudi Arabia

and raise a little boy with love

I catch a private eye

spying on me

and I buy her a cup of coffee

I say, “Go ahead, honey,

ask me anything.”

First thing in the morning

I get shackled in my sheets

on my way to the kitchen

I’m half convinced

that I’m in prison
