New Writers – Contest Update

I am expanding the finalists. There is so much good work. We will be post two more works and then deciding the final three. I would like to thank everyone who submitted work. As soon as the contest is decided, I will notify the winners. Time permitting, we will be writing everyone who participated.

Early next week will be publishing an amazing work by Mick Hugh (Mick’s Neon Fog), and Sam Lucero (sixredseeds). Sam is an amazing writer and will be an amazing addition to our collective. Please take a time and look at her site; her writing is inspired. We also will hopefully be posting new work by Bishop Hermes and other new writers.

I am working up questions for an piece on the new book by S.K. Nicholas (A Journal For Damned Lovers). He has been kind enough to allow us to ask him a few questions, and I will be writing my thoughts on his new book. It is available at Amazon in both digital and print formats. He is, to say the least, an inspiration to all of us who grind it out every day trying to extract meaning from our lives by punishing keyboards.

Georgia Park is still seeking writers who her new feminist writing collective Whisper and the Roar. Contact her at whisperandtheroar@gmail.com for submissions. Anyone who has dealt with Georgia knows that she is an incredible poet with overwhelming passion for writing and a very kind person.

If anyone would like to submit work to Sudden Denouement, please email us at suddendenouement@gmail.com or jasperkerkau@gmail.com.
